Maintenance Level 4 (Finance)



As a Maintenance Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance tasks, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency within our operations.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance and reliability of our facilities, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in minimizing downtime and maintaining the operational integrity of our equipment and systems.

Salary Range: $33.12 - $41.82 per hour.

The actual base salary will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

This is a Full-Time opportunity with Honeywell.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems and equipment
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
