As an Alliance Manager (Vendor Business Manager II), you'll be the strategic bridge between Ingram Micro and our vendor partners-specifically supporting reMarkable, a digital paper tablet focused on distraction-free productivity, and a portfolio of hardware component vendors that power modern computing.

You'll drive vendor strategy, manage financial performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute business plans that deliver revenue and margin growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with vendor partners to understand their goals and translate them into actionable plans
  • Develop and execute Ingram Micro's revenue and margin plans; track monthly performance against targets
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to drive execution
  • Collaborate with top reseller partners to support vendor initiatives and drive adoption
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet financial goals
  • Minimal travel required
  • Non-commissioned role with a 90/10 annual bonus structure

Work Environment

  • Hybrid role based at any Ingram Micro campus
  • In-office presence required 3 days per wee

Education/Experience

Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $110,600.00 - $188,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
