Project Administrator (Finance)



As a Project Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining project documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication among team members.

You will work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall success of projects by ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, allowing project managers to focus on strategic decision-making and execution.As a Project Administrator here at Honeywell, you will provide administrative support to project managers and teams, coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and assist with planning and scheduling.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project administration or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in supporting project management activities in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on project tasks.
  • Support project managers in monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues.
  • Will work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in Mason, OH office and 2 days remote.
  • Order rental and safety equipment.
  • Assist with payroll, per diem and mileage calculations.
