Wrap Connections is a program designed to support youth and families using a high-fidelity model that is family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based.

The Wrap team works with families to learn effective tools and strategies to help create sustainable stability and progress in the home, school, and community, utilizing a comprehensive strength-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support. Participants include the child, youth and their family; a Care Coordinator, Behavior Counselor, and Parent/Youth Partner, school personnel, other service providers, and/or other family designates.

What You Will Do
The Program Manager is responsible to ensure high quality services and effective daily operations of the program. Duties include direct supervision and oversight of all treatment planning and implementation, program and resource development and management, personnel management including hiring, evaluation, coaching, and training. The Program Manager provides leadership congruent with applicable regulation as well as agency policy, values, and mission; provides management reports as required; and leads significant program committees or efforts as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:
Required
M.A. or M.S.W. Degree/ Licensed LCSW or LMFT or LPCC.Demonstrated cultural responsiveness in working with diverse families and communities.Demonstrated understanding of the developmental milestones of children, youth, or young adults to provide to provide care, treatment and services.Demonstrated ability to utilize de-escalation techniques that align with the trauma informed care model as part of intervention strategy for working with participants in crisis who are responding to triggers/stressors and/or demonstrating early indicators of distress.Must have access to dependable transportation available and personal car insurance, unless using agency vehicle.Two years post-licensure experience, if supervising staff who are pursuing licensure with the B.B.S.Clean driving record, current CA Drivers License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hire.Must have access to dependable transportation and personal car insurance, meeting minimum liability coverage required for position if driving for work or transporting participants.Basic computer and keyboarding competence with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred

One or more years of supervisory or program manager experience. One or more years of residential or milieu, community based or wraparound experience (depending on program needs).Experience with or knowledge of designing, supervising, monitoring, changing, and discontinuing individualized behavioral health interventions.Fluency in prevailing language(s) of the community services.One or more years post-graduate school experience with program target population (Example: intellectually disabled, homeless, teens or young adults, SED); at least one year experience with program modality (example: school-based, residential, mobile/community-based, assertive community treatment, wraparound, etc.).Demonstrated ability to assess, triage, plan, and organize work and respond effectively to crises.Uses a strength-based, culturally competent approach to supervision, participant care, and program management.Experience in using strong behavioral, crisis management and family/individual/group therapy skills.Experience with evidence-based practices relevant to the population.Fluency in prevailing language (s) of community.
