Implementation Analyst - Remote (Finance)

Overview

Assist clients to deploy and configure Altera solutions on the Sunrise team.

Customer Satisfaction.

Project to be assigned based on need.

This is an entry level remote role in the US.

Responsibilities

Domain Expertise

  • Entry level knowledge of Altera solutions within a specific Altera domain area.
  • Entry level knowledge of client operational processes, job functions and implementation methodology within a specific Altera domain area.
  • Entry level knowledge of industry trends and initiatives within a specific Altera domain area and healthcare workflow.
  • Entry level knowledge of Algorithms and Models.

Module/Technical Implementation to meet requirements as specified in the project plan

  • Assist with Machine Learning Frameworks along with Data Handling.
  • Assist with Database projects utilizing Excel and Power BI.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation.
  • Assist with identifying issues encountered during the implementation of Altera products and when interfacing third party systems.
  • Assist with testing new software features.
  • Assist clients on testing strategy and planning to ensure successful solution implementation.

Reporting / Documentation

  • Document problem resolutions, issues, and other solutions and make them available for future reference by other Consultants.
  • Provide weekly status reports of activities.
  • Produce other reports and/or documents as required.

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a Healthcare Management/Business Administration/Finance/ Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent degree or equivalent/years of experience required.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years relevant work experience in Healthcare or Healthcare IT
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Previous internship or work experience in a related field (healthcare, finance, consulting) is preferred but not required

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advances functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets or other similar project tools
  • Familiarity with Programming languages such as Python, Java or C++ can be a plus
  • Familiarity with AI related platforms

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Strong Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Healthcare Knowledge:

  • Basic understanding of healthcare systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare IT systems a plus

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Client Service orientation

Travel Requirements:

  • None to minimum

Working Arrangements:

  • Work is performed in a remote environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.

Salary Range

$48,172 - $60,000 USD
