Meridian Woods Director (Manufacturing)

Join Pines Village Retirement Communities, Inc. an independent retirement community providing apartment-like senior living to our residents. We celebrate life by enriching the lives of older adults. We are seeking a Meridian Woods Director to oversee the day-to day operations of our Meridian Woods Campus. Meridian Woods is a 39-acre retirement community that offers freestanding or paired homes.

The Meridian Woods Director will be responsible for:

The move-in and out processes for Meridian Woods units.
Overseeing operations and budget of the campus.
Advertise and market to public relations for the Meridian Woods units.
Assist and collaborate with the Facilities Director and other Leadership team members with projects day to day.
Coordinate move-in processes, work directly with residents for any questions or concerns.
Maintains a professional demeanor and helpful attitude with employees, residents and visitors.

Qualifications:

Associate degree is preferred, but not required
Real estate license is preferred, but not required
3-5 years of working experience in a director, management or mid-level marketing or other equivalent experience
Must have a valid driver's license with up-to-date automobile insurance
Must have a caring, personable personality and be able to communicate with people over the age of 62.
Basic mathematical skills are necessary to construct and manage budgets
Proficient in Word, Excel, Office 360, etc.
