The hourly range for this position is $28.08 - $42.12. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sr R&D Analytical Technician role will join our Des Plaines lab team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our research and development efforts, with a specific focus on gas chromatography, wet chemistry, and catalyst testing.YOU MUST HAVE:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in analytical laboratory testing procedures.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of UOP materials and processes and associated analytical methods.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct laboratory testing following industry guidelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible for running analytical tests and entering results.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and inventory.
• Prepare test samples for various chemical analyses.
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed and educated.
• Handling of chemicals and other hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals is required.About Us
