Seasonal Fall Festival Zone Leads 2025 (Agriculture)



Zone leads are expected to work alongside and lead employees in their designated zone. Zone leaders should have strong leadership skills. Zone leads will also be responsible for attractions and surrounding area in their zone. Zone Leads will take direction from their department manager and will help delegate tasks as necessary.

North Zone lead
This person will run the zone that includes jump pads, Info booth, kiddie corral, main fire pit, antique barn, employee gate, and hired bands. As well as work alongside and manage the yard staff assigned in zone. This person will communicate with the yard manager on duty. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, manage people, and keep attractions up and running while being used by thousands of guests.
Duties may include but are not limited to
Opening and closing duties for attractions in the zone.Leading the staff assigned for the above positions.Manage lunches and breaksAssisting with upkeep, safety, and repairs of the attractions and structuresAssist with seasonal staff training and orientationHelping bands in and out of the propertyChange out empty gourd boxes and replace with full ones in the morningKeep track of General store stock of produce and bottled beverages
Weekend Day North Zone Lead shift: Saturday and Sundays 8 am-5pm (times may be flexible). Friday days also if possible but not required. May have weekday shifts available.
Weekend Night North Zone Lead shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Bonus if you can do Thursday nights as well. Shifts begin around 4:30pm and end around 10:30 pm on Thursday and Sunday nights and 11:30 pm on Friday and Saturday nights (times may be flexible).
Week Day North Zone Lead Shift: Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM

South Zone lead
This person will run the zone that includes Trikes, Barrel train, Animals, Tennis ball cannons, gem mining sluice, duck races, magicians, paint a pumpkin and entrance/exit gate and pumpkin launch, Tire Mountain, and Playground in grass. As well as manage the yard staff assigned in zone. This person will communicate with the yard manager on duty. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot, problem solve, manage people, and keep attractions up and running while being used by thousands of guests.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Opening and closing duties for attractions in the zoneLeading the staff assigned for Pumpkin land, gate and exit gateLeading the staff assigned for barrel train, trikes, animals, tennis ball cannon/pumpkin cannon.Manage lunches and breaksAssisting with upkeep, safety, and repairs of the attractions and structures Assist with seasonal staff training and orientationHelping magicians in and out of the propertyChecking stock of produce in pumpkin landAssisting in restocking gem miningCheck in with paint a pumpkin and make sure they have enough small pumpkins
