Position: Electrician Helper
Location: Manhattan, Kansas

As an Electrician Helper at LB&B Associates, Inc., you'll work side-by-side with licensed electricians, assisting in the maintenance and repair of systems that keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. What You'll Do
Get ready for a fast-paced, rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to learn and shine! Key responsibilities include:
· Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
· Help prepare and clean work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and ready for use.
· Carry, retrieve, and manage materials, tools, and parts to support efficient project completion.
· Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
· Perform routine inspections and help document maintenance activities as directed.
· Practice strict adherence to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
· Support emergency response efforts by promptly assisting with urgent electrical issues under supervision.
· Participate in preventative maintenance tasks and help identify potential hazards.
· Assist with inventory management to track and organize electrical supplies and tools.
· Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to support project goals.
What We're Looking For

· High school diploma or equivalent (required).
· Basic understanding of electrical systems or prior experience in a construction or maintenance environment is a plus.

Physical Demands
