We are hiring a Product Specialist to join our team!

What You'll Do
As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert on our products, helping customers and the sales team with:

Providing technical knowledge and product integration support

Responding promptly to customer inquiries

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Creating technical quotes and project documentation

Processing and tracking customer orders

Resolving shipping or order issues efficiently

Collaborating with sales, operations, and accounting teams

What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a science-related fieldExperience with instrumentation, control systems, and valve automation productsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong technical aptitudeExperience in customer-facing roles or sales support is a plus
