Member Lending Supervisor (Sales)

What You'll Do:
Responsible for supervising the Member Lending inbound call center with a focus on lending sales. This position will actively manage daily call center operations, take appropriate actions to provide superior Member service and utilize technology and analytics to maximize call center efficiency. This position will also assist the Member Lending Manager in the overall operation of the Lending Call Center by collaborating with other leaders and teams, assisting with goal setting, participating in departmental and organizational projects and identifying and implementing process improvements. Be responsible for the ongoing development of a highly engaged team, which provides our Members with exceptional experiences throughout the lending process. This role helps lead and grow the team to succeed in sales while balancing the needs of our Members.

Our Commitment To You:

  • Compensation: $59,300.00-65,900.00 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What's Needed For This Position:

  • Associate's Degree or the equivalent in experience in Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Two (2) years of leadership experience
  • Must be bondable upon hire
  • Valid Driver's License and insured vehicle

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

  • Leadership & Coaching: Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional Member service.
  • Operational Oversight: Skilled in managing call center operations, scheduling, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and represent Royal in the community.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements that enhance team performance and Member satisfaction.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Royal's digital tools; quick to learn new systems and technologies.

We'd Love To See:

  • Two (2) years of experience working in a financial institution
  • Previous lending experience
  • Previous Royal Credit Union experience

Location/Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time exempt level position department hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:15 am - 7:15pm.  Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
  • This is a Hybrid position that must be able to commute to our Corporate Office in Eau Claire WI, on a regular occurrence. 

Training:

  • Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
    • Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal's culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
