Job Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Regional Director at Cooper Machinery Services holds the key responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of their designated geographical region. This role encompasses the oversight and management of all business, commercial and manufacturing functions within the region. The Regional Director is tasked with making pivotal operational and business decisions to achieve and exceed revenue targets, reduce costs, and maximize profits, all while ensuring the highest quality of service delivery to our clients. A central aspect of the role is to demonstrate exceptional leadership in articulating and driving business goals, programs, and processes across the region.
