Job Description:
As a Site Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the design and installation of projects. Your role will be a senior active member of the Engineering community, site technical team, the local engineering team, and assigned project team(s). Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying his/her engineering know-how to successfully execute and deliver projects to the business that provide a competitive advantage.
What are we looking for?
Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 5-10 years' experience in a comparable technical position
- Basic understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services
- In-depth understanding of designated functional engineering area of expertise (for specific job requirement i.e. controls, process, packaging)
- Team skills - high performance team experience
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry
- Managing projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results
- Engaging project team members, encouraging them to proactively perform assigned tasks
- Managing multiple responsibilities including project execution, functional support and self-development, concentrating on growing the role
- Contributing to a winning environment which promotes safety, trust and confidence
- Complying with and reinforcing safety, security and environmental policies
- Making engineering and design decisions required to execute projects
- Meeting commitments of project scope, time, and budget
- Using the adopted project management techniques to manage projects
- Being an active leader and participant in the project development process
- Creating project estimates
- Creating project estimates, project scopes and schedules
- Determining the correct technical information required for project design

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
The pay range shown is applicable to all locations listed within the job posting:USD 107,071.00 - USD 147,223.00
