Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate engineering designs for functionality and feasibility
- Develop and refine design engineering solutions
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct product testing to ensure quality and performance
- Perform failure analysis to identify root causes and recommend improvements
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and technical reports

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our South Bend, IN location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Prior Product Design or New Product Introduction Experience
- At least 5 years of project and development engineering experience focusing on Aircraft wheels and brakes.
- Experience with Automotive wheel and brake is a plus

- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Field, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred
- 7+ years of engineering experience with direct customer interaction or support.
