Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Control Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting production, and ensuring quality control and food safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy of raw ingredients, products, materials, and supplies

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks

Stage raw materials daily to support production needs

Organize and maintain stock areas in the warehouse

Identify and correct inventory discrepancies with department managers

Compile and document all inventory transactions for entry into ERP system

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely

Serve as backup forklift operator as needed

Maintain GMP, cleanliness, and food safety protocols throughout the warehouse

Complete required documentation accurately and on time

Support additional warehouse projects and tasks as assigned
