Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Lead medium to large projects/programs of work within complex and fast-paced organizations, using varying delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
Ensure the team is agile by clearing obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing team dynamics, ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team and protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
