Loan Processor – SustainableHome Lending (Finance)
We are seeking a Loan Processor for the SustainableHome Processing Department.
The primary role of the Loan Processor is to audit and fund retail installment contracts received from the merchants. The Incumbent is accountable for creating an exceptional stakeholder (Merchants, Members, and Employees) experience by serving as primary point of contact for loan packages assigned for funding. To achieve this objective, the processor must process a high level of knowledge of all products, rate sheets, and funding requirements. They must be able to obtain the knowledge required to understand the multiple system required that provide ancillary documents for closing. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential.
